Dismantling, reassembly and component replacement

Most boring jobs start with pulling something apart, and they are not finished until it is back together and working.

Getting to a worn bore usually means stripping something off first. We take main booms off, strip booms and dipper arms down for boring, and put the lot back together once the machining is done.

New bushes and pins go in as part of that work, so the machine leaves with the repair finished rather than half done.

These are capabilities we have documented on real jobs. If you have something different in front of you, give us a call and describe it.

Need dismantling?

Call and describe the machine, or send the details through. No job too big or too small.

Tell us about the machine

Give us what you know. The machine, which hole or component has gone, and roughly where it is sitting is plenty to start with.
